Banana Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup BETTER VALU Sugar
  • 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas (approximately 2 medium bananas)
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar and beat again. Stir in baking mix alternately with mashed bananas, beginning and ending with baking mix; mix well. Fold in chopped walnuts. Bake at 325°F for 60-65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
